How to Request a Refund

  4. We'll process your refund within 5 business days

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • Your subscription must not have been previously refunded
  • You must have an active account in good standing

What Happens to My Data?

If you request a refund and cancel your subscription, you'll be able to download all your data before your account is deleted. We don't retain your data after cancellation.

Annual Subscriptions

If you purchased an annual subscription, the 30-day guarantee still applies. You'll receive a full refund of your annual payment if you request it within 30 days.
